This is the Privacy and Cookie Policy for using the C24 website and online resources. Please do read it - by using these services you are acknowledging that you're happy with these terms.

We are C24 Technologies Limited ("C24"). And we've built and make available a set of web sites, online software applications and support portals for use either publicly or by our customers. For the sake of simplicity we'll call these websites, applications and online services the "Services".

It is C24’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while accessing the Services and this policy statement sets out the terms and conditions of what we do, and don't do, with your information.

Like most websites and online Services, C24 collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. C24’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how the Services are accessed and used. From time to time, C24 may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate based on the Services, e.g. by publishing a report on trends in the usage of the Services.

C24 may also collect non-personally-identifying information from use of the Services such as computer or device type, version of underlying operating system and version of the software being used.

C24 also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. However C24 does not use such information to identify its visitors, and does not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below.

Certain usage modes of interaction with the Services may require us to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that C24 gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. In each case, C24 collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfil the purpose of your interaction with the Services. C24 does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. You can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent you from engaging in certain usage of the Services or related activities.

C24 discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on C24’s behalf in the provision of the Services, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using the Services, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. C24 will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone - ever. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, C24 discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law, or when C24 believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of C24, third parties or the public at large. If you are a registered user of the Services, and have supplied your email address, C24 may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with the C24 Services. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. C24 takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
